A Programme Co-Ordinator / Change and Communications Lead is required for our client based in Exeter, for an initial 6 months contract. This is an opportunity for an experienced Change and Communications Lead to play a key role during the implementation of the programme and ensure all programme communications and change requirements are delivered to a high standard. Job PurposeWorking within the Cyber Security Enhancement Programme (CSEP) you will be responsible for ensuring all projects under the Programme comply with all change needs as stipulated by the change management framework and you will work with all change managers in areas of the business CSEP impact on to delivery change successfully. Responsibly for all communications regarding CSEP is delivered in timely manner and communicated clearly and concisely. Responsibilities* Work with business change managers to ensure they are informed of programme and Project change including managing ad hoc team briefings, Pop up meetings town halls, all staff briefings, newsletters, etc* Creation and implementation of communication plans for the CSEP Programme and key priority projects throughout the year aligned to the communications strategy and roadmap* Support programme and Project managers to develop and implement change management plans and activities* Support the execution of change and communications plans* Ensure the Programme and relevant teams are kept up to date with information on the Change* Liaise with the appropriate stakeholders in order to provide the required information for the Cyber Security Enhancement Programme* Work with project managers and the business change managers to feed into meetings as appropriate* Work with project managers to support them in the delivery of change artefacts and any communications to support a project activity* Additional Programme and Project related change, comms and delivery activities Essential Qualifications, Skills & Abilities* Change management experience of working on large programme of work* Experience of working in a transformation programme including developing and delivering change and communication plans (including selection of appropriate change & comms channels)* Stakeholder management (identification, analysis, prioritisation and engagement planning* Ability to draft and wordsmith project and programme communications * Strong interpersonal skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Show evidence of an organised and structured approach to work* Strong critical thinking, analytic, and problem-solving abilities* Experience of Prosci change management practices or other equivalent change methodology and ability to adapt quickly to use Prosci Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Abilities* Prosci certified change practitioner* Security cleared* P3M competencies & qualifications and willingness to delivery P3M in addition to change and comms
