Are you a Senior Quality Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge where you will take control and head up the production sites quality department in a hands on role?This excellent opportunity is the chance to use your skills and experience to implement and continuously improve the quality processes and systems and carry out auditing along with a host of other key responsibilities.This company are one of the leading FMCG companies in the UK and manufacture products used by the NHS, they are undergoing continual growth and expansion making this a great time to get on board and join the team.This role would suit a Senior level Quality personnel form a manufacturing background looking to use their skills and experience to play a key role in this company's ongoing success.The Role:* Very much hand on approach in order to create and implementation of best practice quality, specifically ways of working within a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

* Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities

* Champion a program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture

* Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure complianceThe Person:* Experience of working in Quality Assurance

* Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills

* Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably chemical or food
