Resource Manager / People Development Lead

*Function Design - Design and implement the Resource Management & People Development Function to deliver agile and scalable resourcing solutions in a manner that supports the gradual development of our in-house team.

*KPI Reporting - Ensure a dashboard is maintained which demonstrates performance against metrics agree with the customer

*People Development - Ensuring staff development, aspirations and training need are met

*Mentor Management - Design and establish a mentor programme, such that all members of the team who would like to provide or receive mentoring do

*Buddy Management - Ensure that all new joiners have a buddy to facilitate their smooth on-boarding to the team

*Policies and processes championing - Ensure that the Resource Management Processes are adequately documented, available, and known to all relevant team-members across the business.

*Resource Fulfilment - Responding to resource requests from within the Business, in alignment with key SLAs stipulated within the contract, utilising existing Resource Contracting Mechanisms available to our business

*Demand Forecasting - Work with Programme Support Leads and other Team Leads within the team to forecast future resource demand including the relevant priority and potential demand pain-points. In doing so, ensure role descriptions are developed which facilitate the recruitment of Suitably Qualified & Experienced Personnel

*Resource Tracking - Maintain a resource tracker which monitors what resources are supporting which functions, where gaps exist, and what the priority is

*Resource Contracting Mechanism Liaison - collaborating with Resource Contracting Mechanism owners and Commercial managers to understand the scope of each mechanism, and how they operate

*Recruitment Coordination - ensure that key personnel are involved in the review of CVs and interview processes where it is deemed relevant
