The Implementation Manager role is to support the program and customer requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, inventory, and maintenance and/or repair coordination activities. The Candidate supports an Enterprise IT service provider in organizing and structuring logistics support processes and vendor management to meet contract service level agreements.

Minimum of active DoD Secret, or Equivalent Security Clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

*Manages the engineering / implementation / build teams to develop.

*Adhere to all cost control plans and labor estimates on schedule.

*Coordinates the engineering / implementation / build teams, assigning short and long term goals for successful completion of the project's plans.

*Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, rack elevations, design documents, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to create bill of materials, determine spares provisioning and/or maintenance/ repair requirements.

*Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of equipment and supplies.

*Develops and implements equipment lifecycle management plans covering sustainment, maintenance, repair and retirement of equipment.

*Support asset management tasks and inventories.

*Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

*Conducts distribution studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

*Monitors, tracks, and accounts for movement of all government- and contractor-owned equipment.

*Works with instructor teams to coordinate material requirements for courses, events, and table top exercises.

*Coordinates with international shipping agents and in-country subcontractors to ensure all equipment and materials are in-place and on schedule.

*Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including implementation tasks and technical work.

*Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.

*Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.

*Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other program documents.

*Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.

*Participates in special projects as required.

*International travel in support of program events is required.

Education

Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience. Qualifications

*10-12 years of related experience

*Understanding of system life cycle management and/or system engineering principles desired.

*Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting logistics operations.

*Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technology and equipment.

*Basic analytical and problem solving skills.

*Basic interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team members.

*Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2016 (including Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

*Familiarity with applications used to create and manage purchase requests.

*Ability to work independently and identify next steps/actions to complete tasks.

*Ability to meet multiple deadlines and exceptional time-management skills.

*Ability to use and create databases/spreadsheets for tracking logistics actions.

*Exceptional organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential to success in this position.

*Must be detail-oriented with fierce attention to detail.
