A well-established energy sales company based in Leicester are seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000+ plus Ongoing sales and sector training, Up to 33 days annual leave entitlement and free parking.As a Sales Consultant you will:Engage with prospective businesses, capturing key information on customers renewals, prices and requirements demonstrating detailed product knowledge gained from extensive industry-leading training and your natural sales skills.Understand your clients’ needs for the purpose of offering the best possible solution.Gather information on competitors to enhance your rapport building and negotiation skills.Be in charge of your own workload for the purpose of meeting and exceeding your monthly KPI’s. We are looking for a Sales Consultant with:
Strong sales background.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry.Experience of meeting and exceeding clear targets and deadlines.Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.The ability to respond positively to setbacks.
