IT Support (Dynamics 365 CE), Cambridge, £30,000, Bonus, Home working options, D365 project work, 365 customer engagement, MS certifications, Tailored progression plan, Dedicated training budget An established professional services organisation is looking to grow their in-house IT support team with a Dynamics 365 support consultant. You'll work from a central location and my client doesn't believe that you should have to sacrifice your personal life to thrive in your career, so they offer both flexible and home working options. You'll work in a dedicated support role with a varied workload, supporting a range of Dynamics 365 issues, supporting both 1st and 2nd line issues. You'll work closely with the development team who are there for 3rd line technical issues to be escalated to, offering you a supportive environment as well as the chance to pick up knowledge on technical issues. You'll support a userbase of roughly 800 spread across several departments and multiple offices in the UK The requirements are...
