Experience and Education:

*A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline equivalent and supplemented by relevant postgraduate qualifications. Exceptionally, the lack of a degree may be compensated by a lower academic qualification combined with the demonstration of particular abilities or

*experience of relevance to this post

*A relevant ITIL v3 certification beyond foundation

*At least 5 years of experience as an ITIL Change Manager or ITIL Configuration Manager

*Practical experience in the usage of service management tools for Change and Configuration Management

*Have significant experience working (minimum 2 years) with confederated CMDB structures (i.e. unified and consolidated CMDB build from different data-sources) and using automated asset discovery tools

*Experience in the operation of Change Advisory Boards

*Desirable Experience and Education:

*Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional

*Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements

*Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
