Lead DevOps Engineer, £70,000, LondonA solutions provider who have gone from strength to strength over the last decade are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their highly motivated and talented technology team in their London riverside offices. You can expect to be working on an AWS deployment managed with Puppet and will work in a small but talented team to evolve and improve a framework for deploying applications and optimizing automation. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations and will troubleshoot and resolve issues in their development, test and production environment. Experience which would be warmly received!Designing, developing any multi-region deployment of business software at scaleSoftware design patterns (microservices, messaging, distributed architecture)AWS experience, particularly around Cloud foundation services (Compute, network, storage and databases) Continued Integration and Automated testing with JenkinsIt would be a huge bonus if you had any experience with operating Vagrant, Docker for development environments. The role will place you within a team of 5 with the expectation you drive technology adoption forward - proactively advise on market trends and bleeding edge technology. You can expect a high degree of autonomy with a significant element of trust in your technology strategy. The position is office based and would suit anyone familiar with Central London transport links or coming from South OR West London. There is future scope to work remotely of flexible once or twice a week once bedded in.
