Business Analyst

Our client is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their team in Luxembourg on a long term contract. Fluency in French language is preferred.

Nature of tasks:

* Analysis of business needs, formulating and drafting functional and non-functional business specifications

* Analysing, documenting, modelling business processes, providing cost/benefit analysis, suggesting process improvements

* Consultancy on finding effective and efficient solutions for business needs in the context of the information systems

* Working closely with business stakeholders, management, and the development team

Education:

* University degree of at least 5 years, in a relevant subject (e.g. Computer Science, IT, technical MBA) or university degree of at least 3 years (and additional experience, see below)

* Business Analysis certification

Knowledge skills and expertise:

* Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies

* Excellent technical documentation skills

* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

* Knowledge of ARIS Business Architect Suite

* Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML/CSS, JSON, XML)

* Excellent communication skills

* Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in teamwork
