ERP Migration Project:

The organisation will be looking to perform an ERP migration (Microsoft NAV) to another ERP solution (perhaps Business Central).

They are seeking a senior business analyst to assist them in capturing requirements and working closely with the Project Manager to prepare the case for an ERP migration and if possible be part of the project team that deploys the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as primary BA for the ERP migration and configuration function.
  • Assisting with the business case
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops; eliciting, documenting and validating these
requirements, and playing them back in a clear and concise manner

  • Reviewing requirements and having the knowledge to indicate requirement gaps or conflicting
information, and using business partnering skills to close these gaps

  • Create As Is and To Be processing mapping, including multiple and complex processes with
interdependencies, along with use case documentation. To Be process mapping incorporates

direct contribution to enhance processes to deliver real business benefit and future proof as

the business continues to develop and grow

  • Requirements organisation
  • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Requirements management and communication
  • Create RFPs
  • Evaluate tenders
Key Requirements:

  • Must have worked in ERP migration projects (essential)
  • Min. 5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst (essential)
  • Experience working on SaaS products like Microsoft Business Essential, Microsoft Dynamics
365 (Essential)

  • Previous experience working in Hospitality or Real Estate or Property Management
(essential)

  • Be able to manage fluid and contradictory requirements and find collaborative solutions
(essential)

  • Have a proven analytical mind-set with the ability to create technical solutions
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work and be able to effectively manage the associated workload
