Business Manager (Materials Control / Automotive Engineer)Petersfield, Hampshire (Commutable from Waterlooville, Guildford, Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Winchester, Guildford)£50,000 - £60,000 + bonus & benefitsAre you a Business Manager, or similar, with automotive and materials control experience looking to joining a growing company who will offer you a varied role and long-term progression?On offer is a role where no two days will be the same: leading a small team (4 individuals), purchasing, vendor management, materials control, internal production planning and speaking with external customers/accounts.This growing automotive company (current headcount circa 30) are expecting an increase in sales of 40% this year and are therefore looking to expand.This role will suit an individual from an automotive background who has worked for an SME and has probably worked their way up and is now looking to further their career.The Role:*Create robust planning models to minimise stock holding & maximise availability

*Manage inventory levels

*Create & implement quality control procedures

*Supplier development & identify new sourcing opportunities

*Manage a small purchasing/inventory control team The Person:*Automotive background

*From an SME background(you will understand the importance of getting involved in all departments of a small business)

*Understanding of materials control
