** Application Support Engineer / Operation Tooling Engineer needed for 3 month contract **

We are on the lookout for an expert Application Support Engineer who has expert knowledge in operation tooling & ITSM installations.

Previous or current titles may also be: Software Support Engineer, Business Analyst, Operation Tooling Engineer or Application Support Engineer.

We need an expert problem solver who can not only fix the problem but prevent it happening again. You will also be required to evaluate current processes and help in improving and stream lining them across the wider business.

Other skills we need are:

Expert knowledge of application support at an Enterprise levelExpert ITSM installation experience.Experience working with the following: Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, NGCCExpertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and the associated support tooling and dash boarding.Strong verbal and written communication, robust interaction with stakeholders and other members of the team.Ability to understand, explain and enhance internal tooling processes.This is a great opportunity to join a business going through what could be their busiest ever period.
