Agile Delivery ManagerAgile Delivery Manager required to join a newly formed Digital Team based in SW London.The Agile Delivery Manager will have strong Agile experience and will working with Digital Product Teams to help them become more self-organising, facilitate continuous improvement and remove obstacles to successful delivery.Key Responsibilities/DutiesProvide direction and leadership to cross-disciplined teams to deliver exceptional products and servicesPartner closely with the Product teams to create unified plans that drive impact on key metrics, inspire teams, rally support and deliver against the project's objectives and timelinesManage and schedule the development team members on sprints, ensuring that there is a good rotation across products and support a sustainable development planCoach the teams on agile ways of working and help the teams reflect on and improve how they work, based on learnsWork with the team leads to refine and document working practisesContinual collaboration with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify, manage and resolve any dependencies, risks and issues throughout the life-cycle of the project, helping create a single product teamBe involved in the wider web development community, sharing experiences and identifying good practices that can be adoptedSkills ExperienceWill be familiar with a variety of agile and lean tools and techniques, and has experience of advocating these.
