Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Google Cloud Platform PyTest). Start-up Cloud technology consultancy is seeking a skilled Data Scientist for a three month rolling contract in Central West London; the company is currently offering a remote interview process and WFH.

As a Data Scientist you will help migrate on-premise Machine Learning models to the Google Cloud Platform and make them production ready. You'll test and productionise data extraction and Machine Learning models using the PyTest framework and Apache Airflow; refactor feature extraction and prediction models, mainly written in PySpark and maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data requirements and report results.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a Data Scientist with a good knowledge of Machine Learning models and productionising on the Cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred but AWS or Azure also fine)

Experience of testing ETL and data pipelines ideally using Python and / or PyTest

Familiar with Apache AirFlow and PySpark

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Collaborative with good communication and documentation skills

Job Role: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Google Cloud Platform PyTest); Location; London / WFH; Rate: £450 to £520 p/day; Term: 3 months rolling; Start: Immediate / ASAP (remote interview process)
