IT Transformation Leader
innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.
what you'll be doing:
We're in the middle of our most ambitious plan for change that we have ever had. In the next 12 months we will deliver big changes to our technology, including the roll-out of our first ERP system (Dyanmics365) and the ramp up of operations at our new manufacturing site in Rotterdam - ‘The Blender'. We're also continuing to expand our business in Europe and launch in Asia.
To achieve this, we're looking for an IT Transformation Leader with the capability to deliver a transformation to how we support and operate our technology to join us on an 18-month fixed term contract. We need your help to ensure we're ready for the roll-out of a whole stack of changes to how we do business.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for leading the transformation of our technology operations team - building the capabilities, processes and partnerships we need to give a great service to all our users.
You will help us adapt to the new challenges of supporting a manufacturing operation that operates 24/7 and requires high availability of their systems. You'll make sure we have the appropriate business continuity plans in place, we're resilient and continue to be safe and secure in our expanding technologies and geographic footprint.
Our core user applications are built around Microsoft technology - so you will provide leadership to this area built on a detailed knowledge and experience of their technology.
You'll work within our business operations team, which includes all of our technology teams and our sales & operations planning function. You'll report to the head of business operations.
you'll have:
a track record of delivering complex transformation projects
experience of building operations teams in support of Microsoft technologies - including Dynamics 365
experience of delivering a 24/7 working environment solution
experience of leading a technology operations team in a global business, with manufacturing and an ERP system, ideally Dynamics365
the ability to develop and build a team, and be ready to coach people to a solution
the ability to assimilate complex solutions and then explaining them simply to others
effective communication skills across all levels in the business and across all regions
a relentless desire to improve things
you'll get:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of that transformation and shape how our teams will work for many years to come as we adapt our technology operations model to these changes. It will leave you with an in-depth knowledge of how our business works across the whole group - and the satisfaction of having enabled us to deliver the significant growth that is ahead of us - hitting our bold business targets.
You will help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities in the UK and across Europe as well as a competitive rewards package. We also have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. Take a look at our reward page for more details.
Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.
If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.
No agencies please.
Closing date: 2nd May 2020.
