Desktop support - Service Desk - Office 365 - O365 - Windows 10 - Microsoft - Outlook - Teams - 2nd Line Support - IT Support2nd line support engineer with Office 365, Windows 10, Remote Desktop Support and 2nd line service desk experience needed for a permanent role based in Central Bristol.Permanent Central Bristol28k per annum (+ benefits, overtime) The client is a very well known and respected company located in Central Bristol 5 minutes walk from the train station, with an excellent retention rate due to the fantastic professional atmosphere that has been created. They are looking for another head for their 2nd line support desk due to increased growth, even in our current circumstances. You will need solid experience in a helpdesk role, specifically a 2nd line role as this role is technical, especially as allot of the support will be remote support for customers internally. The technical experience will be focused on the newer Microsoft packages such as Windows 10, Office 365 and the software affiliated such as teams and outlook.
