WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play an integral role in both helping design and developing new features for our industry leading platform developments. You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, collaborating and working closely with the Back end developers and Management, as well as communicating with designers, front end developers and testers in the team to ensure the best possible level of quality is being produced. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and it will be your job to coach the team in the most effective way, being forward thinking, being able to spot potential problems before they arise and from that coming up with a solution - excellent communication skills are fundamental. We operate in a fast paced environment and whilst following our development best practice, products will need to be produced in agreed time scales having met quality objectives. We are looking for a developer who is passionate about what they do and can motivate the people around them. We need an individual with a good amount of experience to the software industry and extensive experience with C# / ASP.NET MVC / SQL / Angular skills. You will have the freedom to take ownership of projects, seeing them from initial concept through to completion.
