IT Team Leader / Permanent / Nottinghamshire / Start - ASAP / £NEG

Spring are currently recruiting for an IT Team Leader to join a reputable financial services client based in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will need have had experience in supporting, leading and supporting a talented and motivated IT Team. You will need to be outgoing, approachable and committed to fit into this community orientated organisation.

Main responsibilities:

*To oversee the day to day activities within your team ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively

*To supervise, support, lead and motivate the Technical Support staff.

*Manage the day to day delivery of key services provided by 3rd party suppliers

*Ensuring that tasks are dealt with in an efficient manner avoiding any delays in responding to the departments customer

*To provide, and encourage your staff to provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times

*Instigate and deliver a training plan to ensure that all staff receive sufficient and adequate training to enable them to carry out their day to day role effectively and comply with Health and Safety requirements

Skills /experience requirements:

*Minimum 3 years' experience working as a 2nd / 3rd line Technical Support Analyst

*Problem analysis and resolution skills, excellent attention to detail

*Strong written and verbal communication

*Good technical knowledge of supporting Windows Server & Desktop operating systems

*Configure & deployment of Servers, PC's & Laptops

*Active Directory Administration including Group Policy

*VMware Virtualisation Technology

*Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Administration & Microsoft Office 2016

*Printing & Scanning, configuration and management

*Anti-Virus & Encryption

*Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, Patching & Wireless connectivity)

*Avaya IP Telephony

Desirable

*Previous management/supervision experience

*ITIL Foundation

*Experience working in a regulated environment

*Regulatory systems
