Role: Software Engineer (Visualisation)

Maximum Salary: 45k

Location: Cambridge, UK

Full time: Permanent role.

My client is a global leader in Industrial Software looking for a Software Engineer to work collaboratively within a lean-agile scrum team comprising of Architects, Software Engineers and Test Engineers. The team is responsible for delivering 3D Visualisation components and services to both internal and external customers. You will be expected to contribute to the design, documentation, unit testing and implementation of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities include:

* Implementing software components for use within the business's cloud and on-premise 3D visualisation products

* Delivering high-quality, robust and secure code

* Testing, Reviewing and Documenting code

* Working with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure solutions meet their requirements and exceed their expectations

* Providing prototypes where appropriate to explore and verify design proposals

* Identifying and communicating technical issues and risks

* Investigating and resolving support and maintenance issues

* Some travel may be expected
