A cutting edge, digital, high growth business located in the Kings Cross area of London are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join their team for 3 months to own critical day-to-day operational requirements for the business and help drive the people strategy.   Reporting directly into the C-suite in a small but growing business under inspiring leadership, you’ll support the Exec Team and senior stakeholders on all aspects relating to employees.   As the Interim HR Manager your responsibilities will include:
All day to day human resource regarding employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on ER / Employee Relations.  This role is likely to involve recruitment / onboarding and working with partners on payroll activities.Being a valuable human resource advisor partnering across the business, regularly liaising with employment law advisors both in the UK and international whilst ensuring that all matters are handled in line with both legal and company requirements.Reviewing all human resource documentation and ensuring it aligns with legal compliance.Working with the finance function and payroll provider to manage the monthly payroll process.Updating and maintaining HRIS and personnel files via cloud based HRIS.Own the internal communication via the company newsletter and internal eventsPartner with the C-Suite to enhance culture and engagement The successful Interim HR Manager will have the following skills and experience:
CIPD qualified or part qualified.Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations is critical with the ability to also partner on strategies relating to hiring, onboarding, compensation & payroll, HRIS, and contracts & documentation.Fantastic and up to date knowledge of relevant UK employment law and be able to work with global employment law advisors when necessary.Prior experience in an earlier stage technology / digital business.The ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to influence and implement at all levels.Able to demonstrate high levels of judgement and be a robust and resilient people resource essential for a business in growth / change mode.Experience with both Office365 and HR software. Being part of the people team means that you will play a vital role in this phase of the company’s development. This is a stand-alone, hands on HR Manager support role with the opportunity to have impact supporting on important initiatives outside of the daily human resource responsibilities.
