We are therefore looking for a Development Manager / Lead with a solid background in PHP to make a positive impact on our close-knit, in-house team. If you join us, you'll find yourself leading the development of all types of connectivity projects for government organisations, educational institutes and more. You will manage both the in-house and offshore teams (delegating tasks and mentoring where required) and have the freedom to grow the team in line with demand. You will head up the technical direction on a diverse range of systems and platforms that manage our IoT, telecoms and messaging services - whether this be SMS Management systems or Message Queuing platforms. Alongside the scoping of Greenfield solutions, you will oversee the technical team on the rearchitecture of legacy systems. We work with large amounts of sensitive data on a daily basis, so you must be eligible for Security Clearance.
