Are you an experienced analyst with an ability to build and drive a new programme of work and a passion for assessing and challenging existing evidence?

Would you like to influence wellbeing and quality of life by developing the evidence base around health and aviation noise?

If so, this unique and exciting opportunity as our Senior Analyst (Public Health) is for you, and we'd love to hear from you.

About us

The objective of ICCAN is to bring together industry, communities and the Government to ensure best practice is followed and information is shared and communicated in an accessible way. We will aim to identify any improvements needed to industry methods of assessing and mitigating noise impacts and will give communities a greater stake on aviation noise issues.

We're now seeking a Senior Analyst to drive forward ICCAN's programme of research, analysis and reporting on the health impacts of aviation noise. You will be expected to develop and deliver a range of projects around health, wellbeing and quality of life, liaising with a wide range of academic, industry and community stakeholders.

About you

You will have excellent analytical, project management, presentation, leadership and report writing skills with the ability to pick up technical issues at pace and work with a multi-disciplinary team of people.

You'll be able to think strategically when looking to find solutions to problems, using your proven analytical and research experience to generate ideas for improvement and to look to build on the quality of the programme.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your delivery to suit a wide variety of audiences, maximising both impact and understanding, enabling you to quickly build trusting relationships with others both across your workplace and within the local community.

You will have project management experience and be highly organised, with the ability to manage technical issues at pace.
