Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) Systems Analyst, End User (Financial Services), Bristol, Perfect Opportunity for career progressionAn award winning financial services provider is looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Systems Analyst to the team. As a Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) Systems Analyst you will be the go-to person for both system and data needs, with additional responsibilities around collating management information. The role will be the conduit between external IT support and to review the organisations hardware needs on an ongoing basis.The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating MI and reporting from the system for the management team. This is a hybrid role that will combine IT/software infrastructure, MI and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be keen to be in an entrepreneurial environment that is evolving and embraces change. Roles and responsibilitiesEnsure the system is live and minimise downtimeAmend the system to meet evolving requirementsRespond to ad hoc support requestsBe a super user of MS Dynamics 365 (training provided)Assist with building automated marketing campaigns through ClickDimensions Proactively suggest improvements/changes that can be made to drive performanceProduce data reports for managementEnsure data integrity and accuracy around reportingIdentify, analyse and interpret patterns in data sets (assist with sector lead marketing)Work with the management team to create, prioritise and manage work requestsProvide training on MS Dynamics 365 to new staff and assist with troubleshootingManage ongoing development of the systems You will achieve:Salary up to £50,000 (experience dependant)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension/Health CareTraining & support at all levelsRemote/flexible workingThis role will not be on the market long.
