Nigel Frank International are currently working with a market leading organisation in the financial industry who require a Cyber Security Assurance Analyst. This fantastic opportunity gives you the chance to take an active role in their security projects by carrying out security assurance, producing reports and performing security and systems related BAU activities. Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine security protocols, system configurations and carry out implementation and assurance activities.Review computer configuration and code to identify and remove vulnerabilities, tests and activities would include: BAU assurance activities; structured assurance and/or Penetration testing and vulnerability scans; 'Threat Hunting' activities and OSINT/HUMINT related activities.Check systems security and performance - identify issues, create reports and take corrective action.Coordinate, monitor and review audits by external bodies.Install and configure security solutionsSkills & QualificationsSecurity certification (SANS, CEH, CHFI, OCSP or similar)CISSP/CISM CertificationExpertise and working knowledge of the following technologies: Citrix, Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, Databases (SQL/Oracle), Cloud services, Networks and SDLC Hands on experience with security systems and performing security assurance activities
