Lead UI Developer / Engineer

Leamington Spa£55,000 + Flexible Working UI / UI Developer / UI Engineer /User Interface / Aurelia / HTML5 / Javascript / CSS / Front end Experis are currently recruiting for a highly reputable software company based in Leamington Spa. My client is looking for a talented Senior UI Specialist to join a newly formed dedicated digital team in order to fulfil its exciting digital vision for its ever-growing portfolio of leading financial services organisations. The individual will be heavily involved in shaping the direction of this function and helping lead the operation within this space. You will be faced by a variety of unique and interesting challenges, from creating new and engaging end-user experiences, to digging into low-level performance details and helping streamline web experiences as well as maintaining existing implementations. Essential skills: Strong knowledge and experience with web technology stacks using Aurelia or any current JavaScript MVC-style framework such as AngularJS, React, Ember.js, etc.5 or more years of relevant programming experience working in a modern web application stack (React, Backbone, Angular, Ember, etc.) Familiar understanding of web services, including REST and integrating with APIs.Experience developing efficient and reliable JavaScript (ES6/2015)Full understanding of DOM scripting and web APIsExperience creating and maintaining highly effective and maintainable CSS with a working knowledge of CSS pre-processorsIf this role has caught your attention and you wish to learn more about the opportunity, please apply for the role to be considered and a consultant will get in touch to discuss the role in further details.
