Sage Support Consultant

Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 (DOE)

Location - Home-based, UKI am currently working with a Sage platinum business partner who is now looking for a Sage support consultant to join their busy team. The client has been providing Sage software solutions for over 20 years now, with dedication in highest level of customer service and always exceeding client's expectation.As a Sage support consultant, you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to Sage 200 customer base. You will be dealing with issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 & Sage 50 queries and escalating them where necessary to the senior staff.The ideal candidate will have similar experience at Sage or other Sage business partner providing Sage 200 support.
