Position: Package Quantity Surveyor
Package: Up to £45,000 DOE
Location: Manchester
The Opportunity
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading, Tier one contractor at their base in Manchester. This is an opportunity to work on the most anticipated project in Manchester in a dynamic environment.
The company operate across a variety of sectors and are recruiting for a specific hotel project that is currently live in Manchester, This is an opportunity not to miss.
Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to: Undertaking site visits. Client facing with negotiation duties. Validating subcontractor applications.Work closely with the contracts management team to assess risks and opportunities. Preparing cost reconciliation reports for commercial manager
Key Requirements:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Have High rise and Commercial experienceHave strong career aspirations, a desire to progress Strong communication and negotiation skills.
