CRM Project Manager Contract: Fixed Term - 24 months
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p/a depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package Are you an experienced Project Manager with demonstrable expertise in successfully scoping, designing and delivering complex technical projects? We are the Institution of Structural Engineers - the world's largest membership body dedicated to the art and science of structural engineering.  The Institution is currently undergoing a Digital Transformation programme that will overhaul the way we work and enhance our available services to support our members as effectively as possible. The Role
Your contribution as CRM Project Manager will be to manage the successful end-to-end delivery of a new CRM system. This is a high profile, business critical, and complex project involving large volume, sensitive data and systems integration. You'll continuously manage and monitor progress, budget, risks, expectations and changes in the project; submitting regular reports to the Transformation Board and senior management as required. You'll report into the Digital and Data Director, working closely and collaboratively with them and the rest of the Digital Transformation team and external suppliers; professionally leading a largely external project team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard. It will also be your responsibility to make sure that all users are confident in using the new CRM post-implementation.  About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- A strong understanding of data and technical requirements
- Proven knowledge and an appreciation of data architecture, data segmentation, list management and GDPR compliance
- Experience of successfully designing, developing and integrating a CRM or membership system
- Experience of managing project teams to ensure the delivery of outcomes
- Reporting on, and being accountable for, project deliverables You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant business field and hold a project management qualification. Knowledge and experience in delivering training on CRM software and previous experience of working in a membership body or not-for-profit organisation would be highly beneficial to your application.
