A fast-growing IT systems integrator and cloud computing provider based in West London is looking for a qualified and experienced UK-based Network Engineer.

Drawing on over 15 years' experience and already a Microsoft Gold Partner and Citrix Partner, they offer bespoke IT solutions, from infrastructure, to data management, to DR and access solutions.

They are now looking for a new member already living in the UK to join their growing team. This is the ideal role for a team player looking to enhance their skills (Cisco Nexus, Cisco firewall, Juniper, Huawei) with a leading Cloud Provider

The Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the network at the data centres, providing 3rd line support to customers and delivering network related projects to internal and external clients. Some overnight travel will be required.

This position will suit an individual with an interest and aptitude to learn new technologies to enhance data centre solutions and operations.

Excellent customer facing experience gained within the IT services, reseller or system integrator environment is preferred.

Career progression to the Consulting team is available.

You must be a CCNP or above and have at least 4 years' experience as a Network Engineer or 3rd line technical support, working on designing, deploying and monitoring Cisco switches, routers and firewalls.

Experience in EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, BGP, MPLS, VRF.

At least two years' experience in one or more of the following:

- Cisco wireless

- Palo Alto firewall

- Huawei switches

- Sonicwall firewall

- Juniper firewall

Desirable skills:

- VMWare ESX/HyperV

- Server infrastructure

- Load balancer
