Role: Security Implementation Specialist

Duration: 6 Months initially

Daily rate: Open (around £600pd)

Location: London

Tasks:

- Implement defined Security solutions

- Work with all Engineering towers to ensure a consistent approach to developing and deploying security solutions

- Proactively work with Security Engineering and Architecture to enhance the final solution and implementation

- Work with teams within Infrastructure Operations to transition solutions into operational run status

-Support Project Managers with technical input for project initiation documents

Skills & attribute:

- Cyber Security experience (Design/implementation)

- Data Encryption

- Vendor (Preferable): Vormetric

- Define technical requirements, prepare remediation designs for encryption of application data)

- Network Segmentation

- Vendor (Preferable) Illumio or Fortigate

- Previous experience in a Security Engineering / Implementation role

- CISSP or similar professional qualification

- Strong knowledge in Windows and Active Directory security, firewalls (Traditional Layer 3)

- A good understanding of networking is essential, Internet, DMZ, Data Centre, MAN / WAN, Wireless, IPS & IDS, Encryption Security Technologies

- Knowledge of Azure, Amazon Web Services platforms and associated Cloud based security protocols and controls.
