NAV - SUPPORT CONSULTANT - SHORT TERM CONTRACT - REMOTE - £300PER DAYMy client in Yokshire are a large retail and manurfactoring company. They are in need of a remote NAV support consultant who is able to be used as their helpdesk consultant as they are expieriencing a high level of support tickets/queries. My client need you to be the 'Go to' person in the company that they can rely on to be able to answer anything from 1st to 2nd line support. This will be a short term contract as the work is normally handled in house but due to the volume of support that is needed, they are in need of some external support. Key skills & experience needed:-A good level of experience working in a fast paced IT and NAV environment -Able to pick up support issues independently and successfully solve them-Experience working and setting up remotely (no face to face communication is necessary)-Confident within being left to your own devices and getting on with a high volume of support issues -Experience with setting users up remotely Nigel Frank International are the Global Leaders in Microsoft recruitment.
