A well-established European Investment Bank would like to hire a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with Calypso experience for the London HQ based in Liverpool Street.SummaryThe "Refinancing and Execution" team within Finance IT is responsible for a suite of applications and services supporting the refinancing processes of the Group's entities: global financial advances to regions, loans and financings, guarantees given and received by the Bank.The London branch operations are managed through the Banks software Calypso. Those operations are fully integrated within the accountability and regulatory tools of the Bnaks S.A.You will be an experienced business analyst with a proven track record in Finance Business & Capital Markets, who is an energetic self driven individual, adaptable as the context determines, to take instruction and work autonomously; or to work collaboratively as part of a small team.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the activities and local projects are followed and managed adequately within the governance structureDefine and propose the annual roadmap (technical and functional) for the portfolio of software managed for the London BranchWrite specifications/stories for systems and processes as required for specific projects or the continued evolution of componentsDevelop and maintain good working relations with the various internal and external stakeholders (eg. business, service providers,…)Assist the business to express and formulate their needsWork with stakeholders to prioritise and keep them updated of progress and share risks and issuesProduce clear and structured documentation (projects and systems) accordingly with the standard of the bank and the associated functionConduct and assist the business in the operational and functional acceptance / homologation of the deliveriesEnsure projects are implemented against specified time, budgetary and quality targetsEnsure the project are implemented against the specified norms and standards predefined (security, performance, maintainability). Skills & Experience Required.Comprehensive exposure to the system Calypso5+ Years' experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial MarketsSome experience and talent for Project ManagementComprehensive knowledge of the processes specific to the Capital Markets environmentComprehensive knowledge of financial productsParticipation in IT projects including business analysis and project or work package managementInterpersonal competencyinteraction with and contact point between end users of IT systems, and IT developers to facilitate e.g. the gathering of business requirements,making presentationsFluency in English & FrenchIf you have all the above skills and knowlegde please email me your CV with the relevent skills clearly visable.
