An Award Winning Investment Bank in the City of London are looking for an EFX Functional Support Analyst with direct interaction with the Business users, Development teams and Senior IT Mgmt. Th This role is paying £80 - £85K Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.Key Responsibilities

Working as a member within the team responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the Global FX Sales and Trading teams; providing 1st and 2nd line trade floor support, incident management and resolution.

* FX Spot

* FX Fwds

* FX Swaps

* NDF

* FX OptionsWorking with Development and Project partners to become SME on allocated topics.

* Assisting in the completion and timely delivery of projects.

* Testing, including writing test scripts, for new releases.

* Responsible for training the Global support teams.

* Assist the tracking of both time and resources on the projects.

* Ensure timely updates to WIKIs and other documentation.Role Requirements:

* Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

* General understanding of financial markets and products, in particular FX

* Experience in IT for capital market (business, products, applications)

* Extensive experience supporting a live eFX Trading environment

* Strong experience providing technical support for FX or Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.

* Experience in IT support and service management

* Candidates will ideally have worked in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment supporting mission-critical applications and/or infrastructure, facing off to demanding customers

* Strong experience working with both project team & usersExperience Required:

* Experience in IT for capital market (business, products, applications)

* Extensive experience supporting a live eFX Trading environment

* Strong experience providing technical support for FX or Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.Strong Knowledge of;

* FX Products (Spot, FWD, Swaps)

* FX Venues and Liquidity

* Application administrationGood knowledge of :

* Windows / UNIX administration

* Sales & Trading (pre & post trade) business processes

* Capital Market IT

* Broker systems
