What will you be doing Experience of a wide range of major and customer centric, including IT, complex projects (in terms of value, numbers of people and organisations or functions involved and technical and business complexity. Experience of dealing with major suppliers and stakeholders Experience of taking and translating strategic plans into pragmatic delivery programmes/projects and portfolios with a business function, or significant area within Substantial programme and/or project portfolio management experience in a relevant environment. Expert in all areas of risk management Expert level planning and scheduling skills, ensuring the complex activities of interrelated project teams are controlled, co-ordinated and linked into the overall business plan/MTP leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective management across large and small interrelated business change projects High level problem solving and financial control skills Expert networking, presentation and negotiating skills Proven strategic thinking and communication ability Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills able to have a major impact in customer/client situations and supplier negotiations Ability to think strategically and communicate a vision/strategy effectively Substantial commercial and financial understanding, including industry legislative and regulatory requirements.
 
What we're looking for Exposure and experience with complex business change in a customer based business is more important than project value. Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. Passion for client satisfaction. Understanding of FS business, digital environments and agile ways of working is highly desirable. Proven experience and successful delivery of business and technical changes across people, process and technology. A strategic programme manager who will lead and expand multi asset products, whose stakeholders have been EXCO and who has reported into CIO / COO / Chief Distribution Officer etc.
 
Skills that will help you in the role Experience working in Asset Management Reporting into EXCO Having budget responsibility of £3M plus Have the ability to engage with consultancies, the board and manage 2-3 project managers.
