This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation as a Service Desk Analyst based near Gloucester.Client DetailsMy client requires Service Desk Analysts to provide cover and additional capacity, previous 1st line experience is essential though more experienced IT support candidates can be considered.DescriptionThe successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:Providing 1st line experience to their user baseNew laptop/desktop set upPassword resets, active directory, group policyProviding excellent customer serviceProfileThe successful Service Desk Analyst will possess:Previous IT support experience is essentialPublic sector experience would be advantageousJob Offer£100 - £150 per day dependent on experience.This role is inside IR35 and would need to be via PAYE or umbrella.
