This is an opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on search intelligence, primarily Google search. The machine learning models (2 of which are patented) this organisation uses, are used to create insights for the data visualisation platform in order to manage their client's marketing campaigns.Joining the data function of this organisation, you will be working very closely with the CTO, Data Architect and Data Scientists on integrating models and Machine Learning models processing 50 million types of data. They have 7 machines running every minute and will give you access to huge volumes of data. The original builders of the platform are now the current CTO and Data Architect after 7 years in the business so there are clear routes for progression within the company.Key skills to help you excel in the role:

- Solid experience with Big Data using Java and Scala

- Data processing (Hadoop, Spark)

- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services a plus (other cloud technologies accepted)

- Message-broker / stream-processing tools such as RabbitMQ / KafkaFor the time being, this company are working remotely and they intend to do so for the foreseeable future until it is safe to head back in to their Central London hub.
