IT Support Analyst
City of London
Contract 9 months initially
£280pd - £300pd
Our client is a global financial services organisation. We have been retained to secure the services of an IT Support Analyst to provide emergency support for remote workers due to the requirement to enable a large number of users to work from home given the current Coronovirus crisis.
You role will include:
Configuring Laptops
Upgrading laptops and desktop PCs
Windows 10 upgrades
Office 365 upgrades
Windows 10 user support
Microsoft Office 365 user support
Right now you will be expected to be based on site in Central London. It is anticipated that the majority of staff will be working remotely (hence why these roles are needed to provide remote support) so minimal staff will be at the offices. You will be based at the offices in central London however. You may also be asked to visit other locations from time to time.
Skills needed:
PC configuration
Desktop support experience
Competent in Microsoft Windows 10
Competent in MS Office 365
Experience in first line support for Microsoft Wintel environments.
Experience of migration / upgrade / deployment projects really helpful.
End User pre and post deployment support.
Experience supporting non-technical users
