My amazing Liverpool-based client is looking for a Application Analyst to join their Business Partnering team to play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for their entire business. This role gives you the fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation in the financial industry. You will:Be responsible for day-to-day and long-term application management activities, providing 3rd Line technical support when requiredContribute to the strategic development and maintenance of the systems under your responsibility: review performance and identify issues which may require system changesMaintain good third party vendor relationshipsPlan, test and implement new software releases following version upgrades, minor improvements or change introduced as part of project and BAU delivery.Skills & QualificationsExperience of full life cycle application management in a mixed Windows Server environment.Strong understanding of ITIL for business application support and managementKnowledge of database management and SQL.
