The role is to join the technical support team to deal with incoming queries and also to work on hands on technical support issues. As there are varying levels of ability on the team the ideal candidate will be working to a strong first and second line level. You will be supporting the below technologies on a daily basis; - Windows Desktop Support - Active Directory - Windows 7 / 8 / 9 - Exchange - Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / O365 - VMware - SAN Storage - Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
Alongside this you will ideally come from an ITIL focused service desk. ITIL V3 certification would be a very desirable certification. An ITIL background may also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a true focus on technology.
