Global Support Manager, global client, great opportunity! As the Global Support Manager you will be working with a global client who are market leaders in the broadcasting sector. They work with a multitude of sectors providing graphic production, branding and playout.
As the Global Support Manager you will be responsible for the team that provide the first point of contact for the customers of my client. This will include dealing with customer queries through to resolving and advising on technical problems related to the clients software/hardware solutions. You will be responsible for the support team and managing them on a day to day basis. It is imperative that you have worked with Global teams before and have been involved in setting up 24/7 support teams.Training will be provided  to understand the specific Software/hardware solutions that my client offers though the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Support as a Manager. You will also be confident and been involved in commercial SLA's and be confident maintaining, renewing and updating for the customers.
