Who will you be working for? As a core member of RPS's Technology Team, you will be assisting in one of the largest workforces in the UK which includes over 120,000 employees. Not many companies can say they've been around for 500 years while operating in 44 countries around the world but this one can. Serving businesses and communities all over the UK, six days a week. What will you be doing? We are currently looking for Business Analyst to join a team. This will involve working with internal technology teams, and onshore / offshore third parties. The role will be to work with senior business stakeholders to identify & define improvement opportunities & potential business benefits, and to document these formally using structured requirement specifications that enable delivery & testing of those improvements. This role will require a high calibre individual that can demonstrate the following; Experience:Demonstrable experience of business analysis within a project environment with 3rd party suppliersComprehensive experience of defining, managing and providing quality assurance of business analysis work.High level of presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues of a senior through to frontline management status.Experience and knowledge of business analysis in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Desirable Skills: Demonstrable experience as working as a Business Analyst for large complex organisations.Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.Stakeholder management experience to a senior level.Interpersonal skills/effectiveness (Communication, Influencing and Collaboration, Listening, Conflict Management).Significant experience working on business change and transformation projects.Vendor/Supplier management experience, in a multi-supplier environment.Experienced at working within both Waterfall & Agile project environments.
