Are you an Automation Tester looking to be part of building a world-class product?Do you enjoy participating in the full software development lifecycle?
If so, I would be keen to speak with you as I am currently recruiting Automation Testers to work for a business who focus on pioneering technical innovation throughout the North West.
Within this role you will be working for a client who design and deliver development programmes to leading professional services firms globally. You will be part of a team of talented Testers, Developers and Engineers based in our Manchester office and will work closely alongside the Technical Lead and the CTO/Architect. The team are currently working to create a bespoke platform which supports their training delivery. The product will also deploy into a cloud solution.
Key Skills
Practical experience of testing backend products via restful API's.
Practical experience of testing frontend solutions.
Experience creating automation testing solutions.
Familiarity with Linux environment.
Basic understanding of DevOps practices and containers.
A keen interest in new technologies.

You can build automated test suites for front and back end solutions using the most appropriate technology for the job, based on objective consideration of the strengths and weaknesses of each tool. You are able to articulate your decision to both other technologists as well as less technical team members.
You embrace automation and new technologies, containers and cloud and are not afraid to dig deep and learn new things all the time.
You have an inquisitive mind, often exploring inner workings of the tools and libraries you use to understand how they work.
