Calling all Tech grads! 1st line support role with progression opportunities and training budgets within our European tech hub!We are looking for 1st line infrastructure support analysts to join our busy team based within our Leeds city centre office. You will be the first point of call for tickets and queries coming through from our internal systems, handling issues and resolving them when possible. This is an ideal opportunity for you to join a business that can genuinely offer you routes of progression and mentoring whether you decide to stay in infrastructure or take another avenue in tech.
This is an ideal opportunity if you have just finished your tech degree or if you have some experience of working in an IT help desk environment previously, and if you like some flexibility in the week. You must have some experience of Office 365, basic network Lan/Wan knowledge, Remote Access and server experience, Some SQL would be a bonus but not a necessity.
You will be working in shift patterns of four on four off with the four days on consisting of two 12hr day shifts and two 12hr night shifts, giving you more time to enjoy a long weekend!
