My client is is recruiting an experienced leader to oversee a talented function and management team tasked with spectacular growth in an exciting sector, delivering SaaS solutions to a global client base.As Director of Services you will drive results by unleashing creativity and accountability in a performance-oriented culture among a group of diverse and talented individuals.
Your experience with other fast-growing technology companies will help you craft efficient and effective systems for the entire organization while taking direct responsibility for Project, Product and Customer Experience teams.
Responsibilities:Ultimate responsibility for the successful operation and continuous improvement of products and servicesAccountability for the quality of service(s), Managing a portfolio of end-to-end services that include multiple products and channels.Act as a conduit for the business, operating at scale and providing the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholdersEnsure the necessary business processes are followed and participate in the governance of the service, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teamsBudget ownership and allocation of funding to areas of the service based on their decisions about prioritiesMaintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersCommunicate the benefits and performance of their serviceEnsure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retentionEssential Skills
Leadership role within a software organisationStrong background in an agile working environmentStrong senior stakeholder experience both internally and externallySound understanding of the principles of modern technology stacks, application development methodologies and hostingMulti-national enterprise level software experience SaaS experience Strong financials/ budget managementDemonstrable competency in strategic planning and business developmentExcellent communication interpersonal and public speaking skills
