Im currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join a key Client based in Sydney starting on a 12 months contract.The Operations Engineer is primarily responsible for design, implement, and manage the operations of connected our platform's support tools, process, and automation. On daily basis providing escalation for unknown platform problem. Using strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, they will be working towards solution automation and continuous improvement.Experience of supporting the operations of Product/Service/API infrastructure. Automation capability on the operations process or Product problem solution. Strong ITIL process experience is a must. Skills and Experience needed for this role include:5+ years' accumulative experience in:o AWSo Azureo Internet infrastructure - DNS, routing, firewall, VPN,o Windows & VM administrationo API managemento Scripting: PowershellExperience in:o Ticket tools: JIRA, ServiceNowo Logging tools: Logstash, Sumologic, Splunk, or equivalento Monitoring tools: NewRelic, AppDynamics, Nagios, or equivalentTechnical and functional understanding of:o IoT & Microserviceso Automationo Playbook/runbook managemento Site Reliability Engineering If you are interested to explore this role further then please apply with your most up to date CV and I will give you a call to discuss the role further.
