Senior Server Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer - Implementation (Windows / Microsoft)We're looking for a senior server engineer / infrastructure engineer to join a highly technical team working for a great managed service organisation based in Leeds. The successful infrastructure engineer / technical support & implementation engineer will join a forward thinking and dynamic business that reward their staff and amongst other great benefits also support and pay for relevant professional certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VCP, CCA etc).The role and responsibilities will vary depending on experience, however you will provide technical support and project engineering / implementation work to a wide range of diverse clients, ranging from SME to Enterprise companies, working with a wide range of the latest releases of microsoft and virtualisation technologies. Proven experience of the following technologies within a Server Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / Technical Support Engineer role is required (not all essential):Microsoft / Windows ServerVMWare and / or Citrix experienceSAN / Storage Technologies, e.g. Dell EqualogicBackup, e.g. Veeam, Backup Exec, AsignraOffice 365Technical support of large, enterprise level environmentsClient facing / project work would be beneficialAny experience of cisco networking technologies would be beneficialAlthough it isn't essential for success, you should ideally possess an MCSA / MCSE level certification, or be working towards/wanting to achieve this.
