Our client in Central London are recruiting an Oracle Technical Analyst who will play an integral part in delivering outstanding, customer-focused systems maintenance and support services. You will be the technical expert for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and interfaces with 3rd party applications within the estate.Responsibilities include:Provide expert 2nd line and where appropriate 3rd line technical support to internal and external IT stakeholders to ensure application availability of Financial, HR and Payroll modules in Oracle EBS R12 in accordance with agreed SLA's to ensure customer expectations are met.Day-to-day coordination with 3rd Party providers to support Oracle Application availability.Responsible for raising, approving and coordinating changes to the Oracle database with the Database Administrator and third party vendorsCo-coordinating and managing Oracle instance clones on a regular basisAdhere to and contribute to the development of Change Management, Release and Deployment procedures and plans to make sure that new developments and releases are implemented with minimal impact to the business.The Oracle Technical Analyst will have:Proven knowledge of Oracle R12 Financials, E-Business Suite, Oracle SQL and PL/SQLStrong problem-solving skillsExperienced in Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Problem Management, Major and Critical Incident Management within an Oracle Application environment using an ITILv3 framework.Experience of working with the senior decision makersAble to demonstrate previous experience successfully delivering in a customer focused business, resulting in high levels of customer satisfactionArticulate, excellent verbal and written communicationSubstantial experience of performing service delivery through 3rd partiesGood working knowledge of Prince 2 project management or Agile methodologies
