The SAP Successfactors Onboarding Consultant Role:

Our strong market growth and continued traction within the UK market demands that we add more consultants to our SAP Successfactors team, in particular we are seeking to hire more hands-on SAP Successfactors Recruiting & Onboarding focused Consultants.

Role overview:

+ We seek a Senior Successfactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to join our client facing delivery team to work hands-on with Successfactors implementations from both a functional configuration and technical perspective.
+ Regular travel is required for the Consultant to be onsite working in teams to deliver timely and effective Successfactors implementations that meet or exceed our client expectations.
+ The Successfactors Certified consultant will be expected to act professionally at all times, behave as an SME with regard to Successfactors Recruiting & Onboarding projects, and to lead and mentor teams effectively.
+ The ability to fluidly discuss, nurture, guide and lead conversations internally and externally with key individuals (C-Level downwards) is expected, as is the ability to manage tight timelines and to maintain effective working practices to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

About You

+ At least 8 years of professional experience: entry-level position for the hierarchical leadership positions; line-management of small, heterogeneous, operative teams.
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience in Recruiting & Onboarding and good understanding of some of the other SuccessFactors modules
+ Certified in Recruiting & Onboarding, other modules an advantage
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience in SAP HCM product offerings and of full project life-cycles: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing & production support
+ Technical knowledge about SAP Successfactors and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points. Willingness to cross-skill in related and other SuccessFactors modules as required
+ Ability to meet deadlines and understand consequences and impact on the business of not doing so
+ Recognises business risks in detail and complexity. Clarifies and escalates as required
+ Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language
