I am currently working with a leading semiconductor company based in Cambridge UK that are looking for a DFT expert to join there team on a freelance basis. Successful engineers would be responsible for setting up new ATPG flows and maintaining the existing tests for the client. Experience with either Tessant or Tetramax is essential for tools and additional with JTAG and MBIST scan insertion would be very good. Additional experience with completing gate-level simulation, synthesis, silicon debug, STA and timing would definitely be of interest.
