We are looking to recruit an experienced Control Systems Engineer for our client who is a true world leader in automation systems for the automotive, aerospace, energy, food and many more industries. You will have the opportunity to work various projects, which keep the daily routine feeling fresh every day.You will use your experience in Control Systems Engineering and be working independently managing the controls software aspect of projects. You will also be assisting with developing specifications with the customer team, development and testing of PLC and HMI software through to onsite commissioning.You will need the following experience:Minimum 4 years' experience in PLC programming from scratch FormalElectrical biased apprenticeship or hold an engineering degreeProgramming Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systemsExperience setting up Drives such as AB Powerflex and IO networksExperience programming in a process related industryThis position offers a basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000 depending upon level of experience and comes with a generous benefits package as well. Please note that this is a permanent staff position and contract option will not be considered.
